Anne Laure
Journalist and mother of 3 young children, passionate about sports and philosophy , Anne-Laure was trained by Paul Dallaghan in ashtanga yoga and by Gérard Arnaud in the vinyasa method. For her, yoga is a journey towards balance: balance between self-care and attention to others, effort and letting go, strength and flexibility. Her classes combine the rigour of ashtanga with the creativity of vinyasa yoga.

After evolving during 20 years in the world of dance, Carole immersed hersef in yoga during a trip in India in her early twenties. There, she completed the first of a long series of trainings in various yoga traditions. Eager to learn and passionate, Carole teaches hatha yoga and vinyasa flow with heartfelt kindness both in Lausanne and in various retreat centers across Europe and Asia.

Caroline has been an ashtanga yoga teacher and dedicated practitioner for 10 years. Her teachings truthfully convey the ashtanga tradition of Sri K. Patthabhi Jois and his grandson Sharath, as well as a deep understanding of the practice and the wisdom gained from all her teachers, including Paul Dallaghan, Sri O.P Tiwari (pranayama) and Dena Kingsberg.

Dorota discovered yoga as a teenager in 2004 and completed the Yoga Works USA teacher training in 2015. A professional dancer and choreographer, she teaches fluid classes with detailed alignment, deep breath awareness, lots of hands-on adjustments and always a big smile on her face!

Co-founder of Yogaworks, Duncan discovered yoga in Hong Kong in 2001. He teaches an athletic yet accessible style of yoga largely inspired by Baron Baptiste's power yoga, while integrating elements drawn from buddhist philosophy and meditation techniques.

Along with her social worker activity, Daniela has been practicing yoga since the early 2000s and has been teaching since January 2015. She teaches alignment based classes, inspired by precision in movement along with focus on the breath, whilst balancing stamina and softness. Daniela reagularly attends varied trainings in her continuing search for deeper understanding.

Jérôme comes from a sports background and has been practicing yoga since 2008. Mainly inspired by Ashtanga yoga, his teaching is rigourous and very much based on tradition. He studied in India and Europe with teachers such as Gérard Arnaud, David Swenson, David Keil, Chuck Miller and Mark Darby.

Practicing yoga since 2003, Julien followed the Yoga Works (USA) Teacher Training and attended numerous workshops since then (Chris Chavez, Julie Martin, Chad Hamrin) whilst working in the media industry. Starting as a way to "stay in shape", yoga has taken an increasingly important part in Julien's life, on and off the mat. His classes are athletic and playful.

Co-founder of Yogaworks, Marielle has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 10 years. Inspired by several traditions, including alignment-based hatha and ashtanga yoga, her classes combine precision in the postures with on-going breath awareness. As a mother of two young boys, Marielle tries to link her practice to her daily life and share her experience in a simple and down-to-earth way.

Trained by Swami Daram in hatha yoga and by Gérard Arnaud in vinyasa, Piera is also a student of Sri Dharma Mittra and Sri Andrei Ram. She enjoys and teaches an intense yet delicate practice where mouvements flows smoothly and continuously.
