Schedule for the day:
11:00 AM – 12:15 PM Session 1 (Introduction, definitions, origin of mantras, learning mantras for a favorable start)
12:30 p.m. – 1:15 p.m. Session 2 (Meaning of the Sanskrit alphabet, correct pronunciation, Marma points and their practice)
Lunch break
2:15 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. Session 3 (Application of mantras in various aspects of life, specific applications in Ayurveda, astrology, healing, and meditation)
3:45 p.m. – 4:45 p.m. Session 4 (Chanting mantras vs. singing, learning to chant)
Chai break
5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Session 5 (Entire session devoted to chanting mantras)
