Reservations can be done through the Deciplus platform. They are possible for all holders of valid unlimited passes and for those who have purchased pre-paid classes.
Reservation isn’t mandatory, but strongly recommended. If there too many participants turn up for a class, priority is given to those who have reserved in advance.
The Deciplus platform is accessible via computer and/or smartphone:
- from your computer: via the Yogaworks site – click on the “Login” button
- from your smartphone: install the Xplor Deciplus application. Code of the centre: “yogaworks”
If you are an existing Yogaworks customer you already have a Deciplus account (please don’t create a new one). If your identification details haven’t yet been sent to you, please let us know by sending an email to info@yogaworks-lausanne.ch. Once you have your identification details you can reserve via the class schedule displayed.
If you need to cancel a booking, please do so at least 3 hours before class using the online system. Past this deadline, the class will be automatically deducted from your pre-paid classes whether or not you attend. If you hold an unlimited pass, we reserve the right to limit your online access in case of no- show.
