About the event
Anchor yourself in the softness of your body. Feel the ground beneath your feet, the breath flowing through you, the warmth of a presence. An invitation to cultivate listening to your body, inner security, and awareness.
And from this anchoring, let something open up, a space, a vibration, a broader, more subtle breath. In slowness, in awareness, in relationship.
Encounter the sacred in the ordinary. An evening to feel, welcome, connect with oneself, with others, with life, and perhaps with mystery.
The program will offer several activities through:
- movement
- breathing
- sound
- dance
- play
- active meditation
- speech (active listening and authentic communication)
- conscious touch
Tantra is a path to awakening consciousness and vitality. It invites us to live fully in the present moment, to embrace our polarities, and to express our freedom to be. Through a laboratory of experiences, tantric practices promote the flow of vital energy in our bodies, the opening of the heart, and awareness of unity.

Conditions d’annulation :
• Up to 48 hours before the event, the amount will be transferred to a future workshop/event.
• Less than 48 hours before the event, the amount will be retained.
