first-timers

• Classes are « drop-in » - no registration is necessary. Please try to arrive at least 10-15 minutes before the class to have adequate time to sign up and change. Please note that we lock the door when class begins and latecomers are not admitted.

• Yoga : if you are complete beginner, we recommend you start with our «hatha» classes. «Power vinyasa» classes are more athletic and a safe practice requires basic knowledge of alignment in the postures.

• Pilates classes are open to everyone, no previous experience is necessary.

• Wear light sports clothes and practice with bare feet (no socks).

• Practice on a light stomach (avoid heavy meals 2-3 hours before class).

• Please let the instructor know before the beginning of the class if you are dealing with any injuries or have any special conditions such as pregnancy, high or low blood pressure etc.

• Yoga mats are provided, but feel free to bring your own.

• Changing rooms, showers, lockers are available.

• Towels can be borrowed at reception (CHF 2.-)

• Please turn off your phone and respect the silence in the yoga room.
