Covid certificate required from Monday 13 September
Following the decision of the Conseil Fédéral of 9 September, all participants of our group classes are now obliged to be in possession of a valid covid certificate.
The covid certificate, which documents either complete vaccination, full covid recovery or a recent negative test, needs to be presented either electronically or by paper when you arrive at the studio.
We are aware that this measure causes problems for some of you. If you have purchased a pre-paid series, these are valid for two years from the date of purchase, but if you need extra time please let us know. For those of you who have unlimited yoga passes, as of 1 October (the date upon which tests are no longer free) we are willing to extend your unlimited pass for a maximum of six weeks. This prolongation isn’t automatic, so anyone desiring this must let us know by email to email@example.com.
Also, if you wish to continue practicing without coming to the studio, we will be reintroducing a weekly Zoom class given by Clélia at 17.30 every Wednesday (first class 22 September). This class is included in Yogaworks passes and is open to all. You can register via Deciplus and will receive the link 30 minutes before the beginning of the class. The link will be valid one week.
Thank you for your continuing collaboration.
Reservations are possible up to the last minute via Deciplus. Any cancellation must be made at least 3 hours before class. After this time the class will automatically be deducted from your pre-paid series. For the holders of unlimited passes, the first absence or late cancellation will be subject to a warning, the second will eventually be sanctioned.
New conditions applicable to pre-paid and unlimited passes
Pre-paid passes shall be valid for a maximum of 2 years. For unlimited passes bought since 1 June, there will no longer be any prolongation for vacation or any other absence for any reason except for certified medical reasons.
